The afternoon sun made certain areas uncomfortable for both patients and staff, and the air-conditioning system was working overtime to keep up. At the same time, the client wanted to avoid altering the exterior appearance of their modern building.

The Solution

After consultation, Tri-State Window Tint recommended and installed Hüper Optik® Ceramic 40 window film. This advanced, non-reflective ceramic technology reduces heat and glare without changing the look of the glass from the outside.

The installation came with a few challenges — areas of the building had limited ladder access. To complete the job safely and effectively, our team brought in our own Baker scaffold system to reach those tricky spots, ensuring a precise and professional installation.

The Results

The transformation was immediate. With Ceramic 40 in place:

The office maintained a more evenly cool temperature, reducing strain on the air-conditioning system even during peak sun hours.
